The death has occurred of
Paddy Burke
Burke (late of Dominic St and Hardwick St Flats) - July 15,2021, Paddy; sadly missed by his loving partner Tracy, sons, daughters, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great granddaughter, Tracy's children and grandchildren, brothers, sisters especially his brother Jimmy, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family, a wide circle of friends and his former comrades of the republican movement, relatives & friends.
May Paddy Rest in Peace.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and all the frontline workers of HDU & ICU of the Mater Hospital, Cappagh Hospital, All Comrades of the Republican Movement and all the political prisoners of E Block, Portlaoise Jail and Maghaberry Prison.
Due to the recent government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will be held on Monday morning at 11am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Sean McDermott St for family and close friends (with a limit of 50 persons). Paddy's funeral will travel from Tracy's home to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Sean McDermott on Monday morning at 10.40am. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.
