The death has occurred of
Pat Jordan
Peacefully, surrounded by his family in the loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff at The Sacred Heart Hospital Carlow, pre-deceased by his father Michael, mother Mary and brother John Joe and his recently deceased brother-in-law Des. Pat will be sadly missed by his loving brother Dan, sisters Helen and Marian, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Pat Rest In Peace.
Reposing at McGuill's Funeral Home, Bennekerry on Friday, 4th February from 4.00p.m. concluding with Prayers at 7.30p.m. Removal on Saturday morning to The Church of the Holy Family, Askea, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00a.m. followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Carlow.
Pat's family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at The Sacred Heart Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny for their exceptional care of Pat.
