Peacefully in Milford Care Centre surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Mick and Kitty, brother Greg.

Deeply missed his heartbroken family, wife Paula, sons Paul and Noel, daughters Barbara, Michelle and Deirdre, sons-in-law Paul and Martin, daughter-in-law Claire, grandchildren Áine and her partner Thomas, Niamh, Ryan, James and Dean, brother Michael, sisters Ruth and Audrey, great grandchildren Liam, River and Ophelia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Pat will repose in Mc Mahons Funeral Home Blackwater this Tuesday (19th November) from 5:30pm to 7pm followed by removal to St. Patrick's Parteen. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (20th November) at 11am followed by burial afterwards in St. Joseph graveyard Castleconnell.
