PAT (PATRICK) O' SULLIVAN ROCKFIELD WEST, FAHA, KILLARNEY.
Peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of the Palliative Care Unit of University Hospital Kerry. Sadly missed by his loving niece Janice , her daughter Caitlín & her partner Damien, his brothers Timmy & John, sisters-in-law Helen & Mary, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours & friends.

A Private Family Funeral will take place.
