McGrath Patricia (Granny) (nee McCormack) (12th April 2023) (Clondalkin) peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the kind and wonderful care of all the staff of The Webb Ward in Tallaght Hospital; beloved wife of the late Toby and much loved mother of Toby, Michael, Colm, Aidan, Enda and the late Mary; sadly missed by her children, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren Aoife, Sorca, Jessica, Daragh, Rachel, Lucia, Aisling and Conor, great-grandchildren Aiko, Toby, Mason, Max and Esme, sister Maureen, relatives near and far, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village on Friday from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 am in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin Village followed by burial in Esker Cemetery.
