Patrick Dillon

The death has occurred, in his 82nd year, of Patrick Dillon, Harestown Road, Monasterboice on Wednesday 2nd June 2021, peacefully at home, after a period of illness over the last several months. Patrick was surrounded by family at the time of his passing. He is sadly missed and lovingly cherished by his wife Jacinta, daughters Catherine (Australia) and Gracemary, sons Conor and Eóin, brother Francis, sister Rosaleen, sisters-in-law Helen and Mary, nieces Katie and Rebecca, nephew Paddy, as well as the extended Dillon family and a wide circle of friends.

Removal on Sunday morning from his home at 9am to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Fieldstown, arriving for Funeral Mass at 9.45am. Burial afterwards in Ballymakenny Cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and remember Patrick by being present, socially distanced, on the route to the church and the cemetery, via Harestown School.
