Patrick J. (Pat) Bracken
Bracken, Patrick J. (Pat) (Beaumont, formerly Clontarf and late of Irish Independent) – May, 7, 2021, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, after a long and brave battle with cancer, beloved husband of Jean, cherished father of Tara, Niall and Niamh, dear father-in-law of Pat, Laura and Scott, adored granddad of Amy, Sean, Caireann, Megan, Darragh, Ella, India, Matthew, Abaigh, Cooper, Finlay, Mia and Grayson, predeceased by his parents and his brother John.
A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but cannot due to current restrictions are welcome to leave a personal message on the Condolences section below, by post to Kirwan Funeral Directors, 21/23, Fairview Strand, Dublin 3 or by email to info@kirwans.ie
