Patrick (Pa) Melody
Patrick (Pa) Melody, Doughcloon, New Inn, Ballinasloe, Co Galway. In his 95th year, peacefully, in the care of the wonderful staff of Merlin Park Hospital. Predeceased by his parents John and Margaret, brothers Tommy, Bobby, Fr. Eugene and Joe, his sisters Sr. Laura (San Antonio), Maud, Nono and Eta and son-in-law Brendan. Patrick will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his beloved wife Anne, sons John (Galway), Thomas (Galway) and Eugene (Dunboyne), daughters Maude (Loughrea) and Noeleen (Arizona), daughters-in-law and son--in-law, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law (Malachy Rice, Canada) and sister-in-law (Teresa Burns, Monaghan) relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Áras Mhuire, in the grounds of St Killian’s Church, New Inn, (H53 P6C0), on Wednesday, August 9th, from 5:00 p.m. with removal at 7:00 p.m. to St Mary’s Church, Clooncagh (H53 PP21). Requiem Mass on Thursday, August 10th, at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Cloonkeenkerrill Cemetery.
