Patrick (Paddy) Gaughan

Patrick Gaughan (better known as Paddy), Cross Boyd, Binghamstown, Belmullet, Co. Mayo, suddenly on 9th November 2020. Predeceased by his mother Hannah (née Lynskey). Beloved son of Peter and wonderful brother to Martin (Lincoln, England), Mary, P.J. and Seán. Cherished uncle to his nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, he will be sadly missed by all his brother in law, sister in law, aunts and uncles, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Funeral will arrive at St. Joseph's Church, Binghamstown, on Thursday for Funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in Cross Cemetery.

In keeping with current government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Patrick’s funeral will be private for family only with twenty five people, or fewer, in attendance for Requiem Mass. The family appreciate your understanding at this difficult time. Live Streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available on McDonnell Funeral Director's Facebook page at 2pm with the Cemetery Service and other funeral images available for viewing after 6pm. Memorial Mass for the soul of Patrick will be held at a later date.
