The death has occurred of
PATRICK (PADDY) LOUGHNANE
Loughnane Patrick better known as Paddy, Rindifin, Gort, Co. Galway and formerly of Moneen, Menlough, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Peacefully on the 20th of November 2020. Predeceased by his son-in-law Richard and sister Mary.
Beloved husband of Anne and loving father to Caroline, Tony & Patrick. Very sadly missed by his wife, and children, daughter-in-law Alison, grandchildren, Isabel, Jack and Shane. Fondly remembered by his brother Michael (Moneen, Menlough) and sister Margaret Ward (Curraghboy, Roscommon), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

If people wish to pay their respects to Paddy and the Loughnane and Harrington families they can do so by forming a static guard of honour from Bridge Street to the church, please adhere to the 2 meters apart guideline (the funeral cortège will arrive at 1.40pm approx).If you would like to be part of the funeral Mass it can be viewed live online on the Gort Parish Facebook page. Condolences can be sent in the traditional manner by post or left in the online section below this notice.

The Loughnane and Harrington families wish to thank all the wonderful medical and care teams who looked after Paddy and to all our kind neighbours, family and friends we deeply appreciate your kindness, love and support at this difficult time, a memorial Mass for Paddy will be held at a later date.
