The death has occurred of
Patrick (Paddy) MATTHEWS
Patrick (Paddy) Matthews, Knocknaloobe, Mansfieldstown, Castlebellingham, Co. Louth. 13th May 2021. Paddy, much loved husband of Mairead née Cahillane loving father of Declan, Ann and Neil devoted granddad of Ava, Danny, Juliette, Isabelle, Olivia, Alexander and Cosima, and brother of Mary, Ann, John and Robert. Paddy will be sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law Eoin Geary, daughters-in-law Orlaith and Laura, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
May He Rest in Peace.

Due to Government guidelines, Paddy’s Funeral Mass will take place privately for 50 family members and close friends only on Sunday at 12noon in St. Michael’s Church, Darver, followed by burial in adjoining Cemetery. There will be an opportunity for the community to pay their respects as Paddy’s cortège leaves his family home on the way to the church.
