Patrick (Paddy) Ward

The death has occurred of PATRICK (Paddy) WARD, Tullynaskeagh East, Ardee Road, Carrickmacross, and formerly Ward’s Shop and Quinn’s Superstore, Castleblayney Road, Carrickmacross, peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family, Friday 8th June 2018. Predeceased by his sister Brigid and great-granddaughter Jessica (born an Angel). Beloved husband of his devoted wife Bridie, very sadly missed by his heartbroken wife and loving family, son Patrick, (Greystones), daughters Catherine Styles (Dublin), Brigid Quinn (Carrickmacross), Suzanne (Dublin and Carrickmacross), sisters Kathleen McVeigh (Creevy) and Tess O’Connor (Lisdrumturk), daughter-in-law Grainne, sons-in-law Karl, Michael, Suzanne’s partner Matt, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and his extended family and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at this residence this Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm and on Saturday from 12noon to 9pm. Removal on Sunday morning to St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross arriving for Funeral Mass at 12noon. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Laura Lynn or the Jack and Jill Foundation who do such good work with his great grandson Luke care of any family member or Deery’s Funeral Directors, Carrickmacross.
