Patrick (Pat) Hourihan (Retired Garda Siochána) Ovens Co. Cork and Glenbeigh Co. Kerry and formerly of Cappagh Kenmare Co. Kerry . Peacefully on February 12th 2025 at Marymount Hospice Cork with his wife and family by his side .Sadly missed by his loving wife Maura (nee Lyons, Castleisland), his much loved family John, Pádraig, Anne Marie and Irene, sons-in-law Brian and Bernard, John's partner Magdalena and Pádraig's partner Rebecca, his adored six grandchildren Christopher, Peter, Daisy, Séamus, Billy and Tomás , sisters Maureen (U.S.A.) , Peggy (U.S.A.) and Kitty (Kenmare) , brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews. nieces, relatives, neighbours, friends and former colleagues in the Garda Siochána. Also remembering today his deceased infant grandson John Reuben , his deceased parents John and Mary and brother Connie and sister Hannah.

Reposing at his residence in Ovens on Friday evening from 4pm to 6pm . Removal from his residence on Saturday morning arriving to St. John the Baptist Church, Ovens at 10am where Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Pat at 11am . Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery . The Mass will be livestreamed on www.churchservices.tv/ovens
