Pat, died (peacefully) at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his loving wife Mary.
Deeply regretted by his daughters Liz, Eileen, Teresa, Melanie and Bridget, sons Michael and Jonathon, grandchildren Anthony, Adam, Jennifer, Abbie, Kate, Sofian, Zak, Lilly, Sa'id, Alex and Tommy, great-grandchilden Dion, Kayceline and Daisy, sons-in-law John and Abdu, daughters-in-law Tara, Emma, Crystal and Amanda, sisters Marie, Betsy, Ann, Eileen, Sadie and Breda, brothers Ger and Michael, other relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home,Gerald Griffin Street, Tuesday (Dec. 6th) from 4pm to 5.30pm.
Funeral will arrive at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Roxboro Road, on Wednesday (Dec. 7th) for Requiem Mass, at 11am, funeral afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence (extension) Cemetery.
