Patrick (Pat) Whelan

The death has occurred of Patrick (Pat) Whelan of Baldoyle, Dublin 13, formerly of Clohanes, Doonbeg, Co. Clare after a brief illness, on Wednesday 8th September.  Deeply regretted by his loving wife Anne, devoted father to Kathleen, Colette, John and late daughter Margaret, devoted grandfather to Sofia, Luca and Chiara. Sadly missed by his brother Mikie, son-in-law Marco, nieces and nephews from Co. Clare, USA, England and Baldoyle, extended family and friends.

Removal from his home at 9:45am on Friday, 10th September, to St. Laurence O'Toole Church, Baldoyle with the Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial will be in Clohanes Cemetery Doonbeg, Co Clare at approximately 4pm on Friday.  Family flowers only.  Donations in lieu, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny or the Mater Foundation.

Under new Government guidelines the capacity of the Church is 50%. All those attending are asked to please respect social distancing guidelines.
