The death has occurred of
PATSY SMITH
(née O'SULLIVAN)
Smith (nee O’Sullivan) (Maryborough Hill, Douglas) On October 28th 2019, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at Oaklodge Nursing Home, PATSY. Sadly missed by her loving sons Simon and Raymond, her beloved mother Ann (O’Sullivan), brothers and sisters Micheál, Bríd, Anne, Richard and Jo, sisters-in-law Lorna and Deirdre, brothers-in-law Frank, John and Darren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephew, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
May she rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline Tuesday (29th) from 5.30pm until removal at 7.00pm to St. Columba's Church, Douglas. Requiem Mass Wednesday (30th) at 3.30pm followed by cremation at The Island, Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
