Paul SHANNON

Paul Shannon of Rathduff, Hollymount and St Fiacc’s House, Graiguecullen, Carlow and formerly of Mansfield, Nottingham, England, passed away peacefully, on July 1st, 2021, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Hillview Nursing Home and formerly St Fiacc’s House, where Paul lived for the last 10 years, under the devoted care and love of Joan Doogue, nurses and Staff.

Much loved son of the late Richard and Teresa and beloved brother of Jim, Michael and the late Tom, John, Dick and Paddy.

He will be sadly missed by his loving brothers, sister-in-law Bridget Shannon, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, Paul’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, in St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, (50 people max) at 11am and will be followed by burial in Sleaty New Cemetery, Carlow.
