Peggie (Margaret) Dwyer, née Duggan, Croan, Dunnamaggin, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Ballinteskin, Hugginstown.

Peggie passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, 21st December 2024, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her parents William and Margaret, her beloved husband Neddie, brothers Michael and Seán, and her sister Pauline who died in infancy.

Peggie will be deeply missed by her children, Bridget (Fennelly), Pat, Willie, Christy and Eddie, her sisters Bridget (Kearns) and Kitty (Gorey), her brothers Fr. Pat and Liam, son-in-law Eddie, daughters-in-law Catherine (Keoghan), Brenda (Mullen) and Willie’s partner Maria Fitzgerald, her grandchildren Alison, Eoin, Fiona, Liam, Edward, Michelle, Jody, Kiah and Darragh, great grandchildren Cara and Padhraic, sisters-in-law Mary (Cork) and Frances (England), brother-in-law Donie, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, relatives, friends and her two wonderful carers, Breda and Carmel.

Reposing at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (Eircode R95 Y443), on Monday, 23rd December from 3pm, concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. Funeral arriving to The Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Hugginstown (Eircode R95 FH74) for Requiem Mass on Tuesday, 24th December at 11am.

Burial afterwards in Knocktopher Cemetery.
