Peggy Houlihan
(née Fitzgerald)
HOULIHAN, (Togher, Cork): On September 20th 2021, peacefully in the dedicated care of the staff of BCNU in the presence of her devoted family, PEGGY (née Fitzgerald), Greenwood Estate. Dearly beloved wife of the late John, devoted and cherished mother of Billy, Siobhán, Patrice, Johnny and the late Aidan, sister to heartbroken Sheila and the late Lollie, Micky, Sean, Donagh, Nancy, Swanie, Joan, Cora and Rose.
Deeply mourned by her loving family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends, old and new.
Reposing in the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. on Tuesday (September 21st) from 4pm to 6pm for family and close friends only. Requiem Mass at 12noon on Wednesday (September 22nd) in the Church of the Way of the Cross, Togher. (under new government guidelines the capacity of the church is limited to 50%) but the Requiem Mass can be viewed on:
https://www.churchservices.tv/togher. Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
