The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Peter Hirrell, Tulnaree, Carndonagh. Deeply regretted by his passing are his niece Sarah and her husband Gary, his brother Frank, sisters Kathleen and Sadie, his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Removal from Kelly's Funeral Home, Station Road, Carndonagh this evening at 5pm going to his late residence. Funeral from there Friday morning, 26th July, at 10:20am to Sacred Heart Church, Carndonagh for 11am Requiem Mass followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery. Requiem mass can be viewed live on http://www.carndonaghparish.com/. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Dialysis Unit, Letterkenny, C/O any family member or Kelly's Funeral Directors. Family time please from 11pm to 10am.
