Phil Long Midleton, Carrigtwohill and Clonakilty on September 23rd 2023. Peacefully, in the tender loving care of the staff at Midleton Community Hospital.

Phil (nee Gallagher, Clonakilty) beloved wife of the late John and sister of the late John, Billy and Ann. Dear mother of Deirdre (Collins), Aidan, Colette (Ryan) and the late Fergus. Loving Granny of Thelma, Killian, Ronan, Jessica, Andrew, Jamie, Jack and Millie. Their husbands, wives and partners Aidan, Laura, Marie, Aylwin, Saidhbhe and Alice. Great granny of Harry, Pippa, Max, Danny, Ted, Anna and Alice.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, daughters, son in law Jerry Ryan. Daughter in law Margaret (O’Keeffe), grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters in law, niece, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Phil will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, on Monday 25th from 6pm to 7:30pm.

Reception into St.Mary’s Church, Carrigtwohill, on Tuesday 26th for 12 noon Funeral Mass.

Followed by burial in Lisgoold Cemetery.
