Philip Hoey

Hoey (Watergate Street, Bandon and late of Dunkereen, Upton) on September 9th 2023 peacefully at Cork University Hospital and surrounded by his loving family. Philip, beloved father of Alan and James, dear son of the late Peter and Mairead (Miors) and brother of Paul, Debbie, Ber, Becka and Peter.

Sadly missed by his loving sons, family, sister-in-law Rose, brothers-in-law Martin, Jimmy and Martin, also Belen and Michelle, nephews, nieces, grandnephew Jacob, aunts, uncles, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Philip will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon on Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm followed by prayers.

Due to ongoing road works on the South Main Street in Bandon, access to the Funeral Home is advised via Riverview Shopping Centre or Chapel Street.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Knockavilla which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com, funeral afterwards to the adjoining Cemetery.
