Philomena (Phil) Curley
(née Shields)

Formerly of Ruane, Ballinasloe. Phil passed away peacefully on the 16th of November, 2023, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff of Roscommon University Hospital. Predeceased by her late husband James and siblings Chrissy, May, Johnny and Tom. Beloved and dearly missed mother of Maura (Taughmaconnell) and sons Declan (Clonburren), Micheal (USA) and Seamus (Kidlawn). Phil will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, son-in-law Enda, daughters-in-law Joan, Bridget and Elsie, along with all her grandchildren Kelvin, Aaron, Nicole, Jamie, Jo-Ann, Fiona, Aidan, Eimear and Niamh, her loyal sister-in-law Anna Curley (Gurth), by her nieces and nephews, by her wider extended family and by her many neighbours and friends.

Phil will repose in Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Friday, the 17th of November, from 5pm to 7pm. Private Removal on Saturday morning to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Clonfad for Funeral Mass at 11am, with burial afterwards in Kilbegley Cemetery.
