Phyllis Monaghan (nee Halvey), Galway Road, Headford, in her ninety third year, passed away peacefully on 31st May 2023, surrounded by her loving family, in the care of UHG. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Tom. Deeply regretted by her sons Mike, Ger, Joe, Leo and David, daughters Miriam Gayer (Claremorris) and Kathryn Monaghan (Salthill), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters Teresa, Lily and Mary, brother Roddy, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Phyllis will repose at her home (H91HOXW) on Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Removal from her home on Saturday morning to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Headford, for requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards in Donaghpatrick Cemetery. Mass can be viewed live on Headford Parish Facebook page or www.churchtv.ie/headford. Family flowers only by request.
