The death has taken place of Phyllis Walsh (nee Foran) (Retd N.T.), Island, Burnfort and formerly of Kilmurry and Leitrim, who passed away peacefully on November 1st 2023, at her residence. Beloved wife of Michael and dear mother of Colman, Brendan, Michelle (Mc Manus), Colette (Murphy) and the late baby Esther. Sadly missed by her loving husband, family, brother Tim, sisters Sheila and Anna, sons-in-law Brian and Ian, daughters-in-law Liz and Mary, grandchildren Robert, Darragh, Kevin, David, Ciarán, Fionnán, Niamh, Áine, Michael, Henry, Sinéad, Fionn and Julianne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Lying in repose at her residence (Island Burnfort, P51X7N8) on Friday (November 3rd) from 4pm with Prayers at 8pm.
Reception into St. John the Baptist Church, Burnfort, on Saturday (November 4th) for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm which may be viewed here.
Funeral afterwards to the local cemetery.
