Prof Michael Hayes

Unexpectedly on the 21st June 2024,

Prof Michael Hilary Bermingham Hayes (Labasheeda and Kilmihil, late of University of Limerick and the University of Birmingham), husband of Denise, much loved father of Dan and Katie, brother of Mary and the late Paddy, Tommy, Danny and John. Deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family, granddaughter Dorothea, sisters-in-law Maureen and Maura, son-in-law Finn, Dan’s partner Lalithia, nieces Marie and Mary, nephews John, Tom, Tom, Gerard, Joseph, Michael, grand nieces, grand nephews, extended family, wide circle of friends, colleagues, students, athletes and neighbours.

Reposing this Thursday evening the 27th June at St. Michael's Church, Kilmihil from 6pm with prayers at 8pm.

 

Funeral Mass on Friday the 28th June at 12 noon followed with burial afterwards in the local Cemetery.
