Richard in his 91st year, passed away peacefully in the presence of his family and in the tender and loving care of the staff at Mallow General Hospital on Friday, December 15th, 2023. Loving husband of Margaret, much loved father of Philip, Susanne (Lynch), Andrew and Colette and cherished grandfather of Aisling and Roisin. Deeply regretted by his loving wife, family, son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Gabrielle, sisters-in-law Jean, Mary and Lilly, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Hawe - O'Keeffe's Funeral Home (P56 YY15), Bakers Road, Charleville on Sunday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm followed by Prayers and Reception into St. Mary's Church, Ballyhea.

Requiem Mass on Monday at noon, after which Richard will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery.
