Robert Redmond, White Castle Lawn, Athy, passed peacefully on 3rd July, 2020. Loving husband of Patricia, beloved father to Mark, Shane and Tara, daughters-in-law Emma and Paula, son-in-law Jamie, devoted grandfather to Niamh, Clodagh, Aisling, Tadhg, Harry, Finn, Bobby and Charlie. Deeply regretted by his loving brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and his large circle of friends.
The Redmond family invite sympathisers who feel comfortable to attend his wake at his home on Sunday 5th July with Rosary at 8pm
In accordance with government guidelines on public gatherings, a Funeral will take place at St. Michael’s Parish Church, Athy, limited to 95 people entering the church. The Funeral can be viewed by clicking on the following link www.seeitonline.ie/ on Monday the 6th July at 10.40 am, or on can be view on https://www.parishofathy.ie/: 11.00am followed by private cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium.
Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but due to current restrictions cannot, may leave their personal message in the condolences section below. Robert’s family would like to thank you for your co-operation, understanding and support at this difficult time.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation. House Private Monday. Sympathisers are most welcome to join Robert on his final journey at 10.45am Monday, 6th July, from his home to St. Michael’s Parish Church.
