Peacefully at home in the care of her daughter Charlotte and extended family. Predeceased by her husband Hughie Bracken, her parents Roseanne and James Hogan, brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Charlotte, her dear niece Rosemarie and her family; Brendan, Marina, James and Joseph, her nephew Ollie and his family and all of her nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Removal from her home on Monday at 3pm to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, (via Clontarf Road) arriving for Funeral Mass at 3.30pm. Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore. The number of people permitted in the church is restricted. Those who would like to attend are welcome to stand along the route from her house, in the church yard, at the cemetery or can view the Mass on https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/church-of-the-assumption-tullamore.
