Sarah Hammond
(née Breen)
Hammond (née Breen) Sarah (Castleknock and Glasnevin) – November 11, 2023 (peacefully) in the loving care of her family and the wonderful staff at Mount Hybla Nursing Home, Castleknock, beloved wife of the late Ivan; lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children John, Elizabeth and Ivan, daughters-in-law Nalini and Nicola, Elizabeth’s partner James, her adoring grandchildren Rachel, David, Tadhg, Sienna, Jasper, Joshua and Sophie, sister-in-law Siobhan, nieces and nephews, kind neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at Mount Hybla Nursing Home on Tuesday evening (Nov 14) with family in attendance from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning (Nov 15) at 11 o’clock in Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock. Funeral thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery.
