The death has occurred of
Seamus RAFTER
Rafter (6 College Square, College Road, Kilkenny and The Sceilp Inn, Kilkenny) on 2nd June 2023, unexpectedly, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin, Seamus, predeceased by his parents Jim and Eileen, beloved husband of Anastatia and much loved father of Ella Marie, James, Liam and Shaun. Seamus will be greatly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers Thomas and Maurice, sisters Collette, Linda and Lorraine, granddaughter Emelyn Mae Rafter, aunts Marie and Nellie, Ella's partner Hannah, James' partner Leah, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May Seamus Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home on Thursday (8th June) from 2pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm. House is private at all other times please. Requiem Mass on Friday at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Kilkenny. Interment afterwards in St. Lachtain's Cemetery, Freshford.
Due to problems with internet at St. Patrick's Church the Requiem Mass cannot be live streamed.
