Sean Forrestal, Oughterard, Co. Galway and formerly Castleknock, Co. Dublin.
Sean died after a long illness in the care of University Hospital Galway on the 24th March surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his wife, Mary O’Dowd, his sons Brian and Michael and his daughter Maeve, his adored grandchildren Fiona, Lily, Isla and Fiachra, daughters in law Rebecca and Ciara, and Maeve’s partner Christopher, friends, neighbours and carers.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at his Home in Oughterard, Tuesday, 25th March, from 5 pm. until 8 pm. Arriving for Requiem Mass on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, at 12 Noon in the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Killannin. Private Cremation to follow.

Unfortunately due to technical issues Sean's mass will not be live streamed today.
