SEAN MOYNIHAN

SEAN MOYNIHAN (Suncourt, Midleton and late of Rathmore, Co. Kerry). On May 11th 2022 passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family in the care of the staff of the Mercy University Hospital, Cork. Beloved husband of Helen (née Morrissey), loving father of Paul, Deirdre (Goggin) and John, brother of Margaret (Jones). Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, grandchildren Sean, Sophie, Cliona, Eanna, Ellen, James, Kate and Kerrie, daughter in law Liz, son in law Edward, John’s partner Christina, brothers in law, sister in law, relatives, neighbours, friends and former colleagues at the Irish Prison Service.

The CONDOLENCES link below is open, if you wish to send a message to the family, which will be welcomed as there will be no hand written book used at the services.

Anyone attending the funeral is encouraged to use hand sanitiser and to consider using a face covering while indoors especially. Thank you.

Sean will repose at home on Saturday 14th from 3pm-6pm for family and friends. 

The funeral home carpark (opposite funeral home P25 VW02) is available for parking and is a 3 minute walk to Sean's house.

Funeral Mass at 12pm on Sunday 15th in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton which will be available to view live on the Parish TV Saorview Channel and on midletonparish.ie 

followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
