Sean died on October 1st 2022, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, after a short illness. He was late of Bord na Móna and was predeceased by his beloved wife Anne, infant son Oliver, parents Martin and Teresa, and brother Tommy.

Sean will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family, daughters Geraldine (Ibbotson) and Liz (Marriott), sons John and Declan, grandchildren, Sean, Sarah, Alisa, Moya, Daisy, Áine and Oliver, brothers Martin and James, sisters Bridgie (Cuddy), Teresa (Rohan), Joan (Malone) and Nuala (Connaughton), sons-in-law Christy and Adrian, daughters-in-law Martha and Faith, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Grant Sean Eternal Rest and Peace

Sean's family thank you for your support and understanding at this difficult time. Sean will repose at his home on Monday (Oct.3rd) from 4pm to 8pm and again on Tuesday (Oct. 4th) from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Wednesday (Oct.5th) to Ss. Patrick and Saran's Church, High Street, for Requiem Mass at 12noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
