Sheila Connolly

Sheila Connolly, Lambert Court, Athenry, Co Galway and formerly of The Pharmacy, Old Church St, Athenry. She will be sadly missed by her brother Peter, brother-in-law Jim, her nieces, nephews, all her grandnieces and grandnephews, cousins Anne and John, her friends  Mary, Fionnuala, Tina and all the knitting group, her friends in Castleturvin Nursing Home and her neighbours.

She will repose at Gardner’s Funeral Home, Athenry, on Tuesday, December 21st, from 7.00pm until 8.00pm. Cortege will arrive at the Church of the Assumption, Athenry, on Wednesday at 11.20am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry.  Mass will be live streamed on the following link https://www.churchmedia.tv/camera/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to on Parish radio 106.5fm. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Athenry Cancer Care. Please observe the current guidelines regarding social distancing, mask wearing and hand shaking at all times.
