Sheila Porter
(née Dunn)
Porter (née Dunn) Sheila (Dundrum, Dublin and formerly of Blackburn, England) - 20th March 2023 (peacefully); in the kind care of St. Vincent’s University Hospital and having spent three previous years at home in the wonderful care of Marcel Salazar. Beloved wife of the late Prof. Neil Porter and loving mother of Rahel. Predeceased by her sister Maureen, brother Brian and grand-daughter Jess. Very sadly missed by her daughter, son-in-law, Diarmuid, treasured grand-daughters, Isabella and Lara, sisters, Rita, Josie and Hilary, brother Peter, nieces and nephews and her extended family, friends and kind neighbours.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, on Wednesday (22nd March) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday (23rd March) morning to the Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum, for Funeral Mass at 10:30am which may be viewed on the following link, https://www.dundrumparish.com/webcam/, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
