Simon McEvoy
Simon McEvoy (Kimmage, Dublin 6W. late of Annacurra, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow and Curzon Street, Dublin 8) 24th November 2024. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in St James’ Hospital in the presence of his family. Predeceased by his brother Desmond. Simon will be sadly missed by his brother Jerry, nieces Rhona and Irene, his nephew Brendan, sister-in-law, cousins, grandnephews, friends and wonderful neighbours. Simon was a former barman in The International Bar, Wicklow Street and one of the founding members of The Comedy Cellar.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lr Kimmage Road on Wednesday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus for Funeral Mass at 10oc followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross D6W HY98.
