Simon Ronan, 10 Shillelagh Grove, Tullow, Co. Carlow and formerly of Butlersland, New Ross – 10th December 2023 peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the care of the nurses and staff of Hillview Nursing Home; predeceased by his sons Joseph and John and daughter Edel. Deeply mourned by his loving wife and best friend Margaret, daughter Mairead, sons Thomas, Nigel and Simon, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends including his faithful companion Coopie.

Reposing in Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly (Eircode R93 C560) on Wednesday, 13th December from 4pm concluding at 7pm. Funeral Home private thereafter please. Funeral arriving to The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Tullow on Thursday for 11am Requiem Mass after which he will be laid to rest in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Tullow.
