The death has occurred of
Sister Brenda Hayes OP
HAYES (ROSARY PRIORY CONVENT, BUSHEY HEATH, HERTS, UK AND “BELLA VISTA”, 3 BALLINURE COTTAGES, BLACKROCK, CORK): On 10 August 2022 peacefully, in the excellent care of the staff of Watford General Hospital, UK, Sister Brenda Hayes O P., loving sister of Sister Frances Hayes OP and John, sister-in-law Anne, late sisters Maura, Peggy, Betty, Teresa, late brother Michael, late brothers-in-laws and late sister-in law, beloved daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth Hayes.
Sadly missed by her sister, brother, sister-in-law Anne, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, friends, sisters, carers and staff of the Rosary Priory Dominican Convent.
Requiem mass at 11 am on 19 August 2022 in Rosary Priory Convent and burial afterwards in the convent cemetery. A mass will also be celebrated in St. Michael’s Church, Blackrock, Cork at a later date.
May she rest in peace.
