The death has occurred of
Sr. Josephine Breen
Late of the Sisters of Mercy Sligo and San Diego, California USA and formerly of Carnmadda, Lecarrow, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully in the Nazareth House, San Diego. Predeceased by her parents Bridget and John; her sister Eileen; her brothers Michael, Bill, Paddy and Maurice; her nephew John and niece-in-law Mary.
Deeply regretted by her nieces and nephews Darach, Josephine (Sr. Miriam), Richard, Eileen and Willie; her nieces-in-law Mary, Carmel and Cait. her nephew-in-law, Joe; her grandnieces and nephews; great-grand nieces and nephews and the Sisters of Mercy in San Diego and the Western province, relatives and friends.
MAY SHE REST IN PEACE
Sr. Josephine's cremated remains will repose at Our Lady of Mercy, 3 St. Patrick's Avenue, Sligo on Friday, the 18th October, from 3pm to 5.30pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Anne's Church for Mass of the Ressurection at 11am, followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery.
