Sr. Marian (Sr. Vincent) Berrigan

Peacefully on Wednesday 8th November 2023 in her 100th year surrounded by her loving family and her Religious Sisters, in the tender care of the staff of Garbally View Nursing Home, Ballinasloe. Dún Mhuire, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, late of the Convent of Mercy, Longford and formerly of Clonark, Cornafulla, Athlone, Co. Roscommon. Predeceased by her parents Timothy and Bridget, brother Joe (Clonark), brothers-in-law Patrick Greene and Michael John Cogavin. Sadly missed by her loving sisters Teresa Greene (Lakeland, Ballydangan) and Nancy Cogavin (Tulrush, Creagh, Ballinasloe), nephews, nieces, grandnehpews, grandnieces, extended relatives and friends.

Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone, on Friday evening from 4-30pm with removal at 6pm to St. Brigid's Church, Drum, arriving at 6-30pm. Requiem Mass in St. Brigid's Church, Drum, on Saturday at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Drum Cemetery.
