The death has occurred of
Sr. Romana (Mary) McDwyer
Sr. Romana McDwyer, (Mary), Marist Convent, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co.Leitrim and late of Sooey, Co.Sligo. Monday 4th February 2019 (peacefully) at Abbey Haven Nursing Home, Boyle surrounded by her family and her Marist sisters. Predeceased by her beloved sister Anna Devaney (Manorhamilton). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her brothers Oliver (Dublin), Joe (Gorey), Ray (Galway), and John (Carrick-on-Shannon), brother-in-law Seamus Devaney, sisters-in-law Brenda, Mary and Josephine, nieces, nephews, her Marist Community, relatives and friends.
Rest In Peace.
Reposing at the Convent Chapel on Wednesday 6th February from 3 o'clock until 7 o'clock with removal on Thursday morning to St. Mary's Church, Carrick-on-Shannon arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o'clock with burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery. Marist Convent private on Thursday morning please.
