Teresa passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the devoted staff of Garbally View Nursing Home and Dunlo Medical Centre, on Saturday, the 7th of December, 2024. Predeceased by her parents James and Christina Buckley, her brothers Seamus and Tommy and her daughter-in-law Mairin (Lydon O'Hora).

Teresa will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Dick (ex Garda Siochana), her beloved children, Mary, Anne Handy (Clara), Bernadette (Oatfield, Cappatagle), Angela Poland (Aughrim) and Michael (Navan), her brother Jack Buckley (Leixlip), sons-in-law Niall and Ron, Bernadette's partner Ivan, her adored grandchildren Sorcha, Mark, Cian, Myles, Emma and Jeff, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Teresa will repose at Grenham's Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15) on Tuesday the 10th of December, from 5pm to 7pm. Private Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery. Teresa's Funeral Mass can be viewed via the live stream on www.churchservices.tv/ballinasloe.
