Teri Hayden
(née Teresa Marie O'Connor)

Hayden, Teri (née Teresa Marie O’Connor), Ranelagh, Dublin (Born in Derry, 26 April 1948) – passed away 18th April 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services, Harold's Cross. Teri was the dearly beloved wife of Brian Palfrey, adored Mum of Karl and Lisa, and a loving grandmother to her 5 grandchildren.

 

May she Rest in Peace.

 

A private humanist service will take place for family and friends on Thursday 25th of April at 2.30pm, followed by a private family cremation at Mount Jerome Cemetery & Crematorium, Harold's Cross.
