The death has occurred of
Thomas CROGHAN
(Peacefully), in his 96th year, at his home, surrounded by his family; much loved husband of Joan for fifty-nine years. Tom will be sadly missed by his wife, daughters Anne Shaughnessy (Ballinamorebridge) and Emer Fenlon (Dungarvan), his sons Paul (Maynooth), Gerard (Claremorris), Donal (Kilkenny), Niall (Kilteevan), Alan (Ballymoe), Kieran (Castlecoote) and Dermot (Roscommon), his sons-in law Mike and Eddie, daughters-in-law Noelle, Kitty, Anne, Margeurite, Fidelma, Jacqui and Dermot’s partner Gillian, his loving grandchildren, his sister Sr. Anne Croghan (New Jersey, USA), sisters-in law, brother-in law, nephews, nieces, relatives neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Sunday from 3.30 o’c until 6 o’c. Removal on Monday morning to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.
