Thomas (Tom) O'Brien

Thomas, better known as Tom passed peacefully in his 90th year in the care of Portiuncula Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Bridie, father Patrick, mother Mary Kate, brother Pat Joe, sisters Kitty, Madge, stepsons Sean, Eamonn and Joseph son-in-law Padraic. Sadly, missed by your 3-amigos Joseph, John and Mary Brigid. Deeply regretted by his stepson Tommie, stepdaughters, Mary, Helen, Breda and Carmel, sisters Lily, Gertie, Carmel and Ita, son-in-law Declan, daughters-in law, Ruth, Bernie and Maureen, grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Áras Mhuire in the grounds of St Killian's Church, New Inn, on Wednesday, the 16th of March, from 5pm to 7:30pm. Removal after to the adjoining St. Killian’s Church, New Inn. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, the 17th of March, at 1pm, followed by burial in Killaan Cemetery, Woodlawn. Please adhere to government and H.S.E. guidelines regarding the wearing of masks, social distancing and no handshaking - walk through only please.
