The death has occurred of
Thomas (Tommy) Conway
Peacefully at Duleek Care Centre.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Margaret (Mag) and brother Kieran.
Tommy will be very sadly missed by his brother Eric, sister in law Geraldine, relatives and friends.
May Thomas Rest in Peace
Reposing at St Joseph’s Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan (C15 C425), on Monday from 4pm with removal at 5:45pm arriving to St Mary’s Church, Navan, for 6:30pm. Funeral Mass Tuesday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery.
Tommy’s family would like to thank the staff of Duleek Care Centre for the excellent care shown to Tommy.
