TIMOTHY DONOVAN

Donovan (Lower Pouladuff Road, Cork) On September 15th 2024, peacefully in the tender and loving care of the Staff of St. Stephen’s Ward, St. Finbarr's Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, Timothy (in his 95th year) (late of Tivoli Spinners and founder member of St. Mary’s AFC). Beloved husband of the late Frances (née Griffin), much loved father of Eileen (Murphy), Mairéad (Chute), Colette (Olden), Áine (Donovan), adored grandad to his grandsons and great-grandchildren, dear bother of the late Nelly, Jackie, Mikey, Richie, Manser and Danny. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Ken, Seán and Michael, daughter-in-law EL, sisters-in-law Eily and Ann, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Sullivans Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Monday (16th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass at 3.00pm on Tuesday (17th) in Church of the Assumption, Ballyphehane which may be viewed on Link Here, followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium.
