Tom (Garnie) AHERNE

Tom Aherne (Garnie), Glenashrone, Abbeyfeale and formerly of Convent Road, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully at his home, in the presence of his family, on Sunday, January 9th 2022.

Tom is very sadly missed by his loving wife Bernadette, children Thomas, Donal, Siobhán and Bríd, sons-in-law Gerard and Hayden, daughter-in-law Jennifer, grandsons Daniel, Fionnán and Odhran, sister Breda, brother-in-law Seamus, all his other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale on Monday from 6.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.

A walk through system is in place at the funeral home. Please observe social distancing guidelines and please wear a mask when attending the funeral. No handshaking please.

Private removal on Tuesday to The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m.
