Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his grandchildren Michaela and Leah. Deeply regretted by his loving family; his wife Bridie, daughters Majella, Stephanie and Davina, grandchildren Aaron, Andrea, Aoibheann, Carly and Chantelle, sons-in-law Tony, Ollie and Ger, extended family, relatives and friends.

May Tom Rest in Peace.
